Tuesday evenings in December I will conduct small group hypnosis sessions to relieve stress and train you in the essential methods of achieving effective relaxation on your own. Most of the sessions will be spent in a guided experience of deep relaxation, with hypnotic suggestions to promote a lasting sense of peace. I’ll also share essential tips on relaxation, trance, and meditation from my experience as a certified hypnotist.
$40 ($100 when you book all 3 sessions). Each session is a stand-alone session, but it can be very beneficial to attend all three. Repetition both deepens relaxation and reinforces positive suggestions.
